Description
Welcome to QiBelly Tai Chi
In these classes, we focus on breath work and movement. We utilize Tai Chi sequences for balance and coordination, as well as QiGong forms for healing and strengthening. The aim being improved circulation and stability through TaiJi Chan Si Gong (Silk Reeling exercises).

On Sundays, at 9 am, the class is outside in High Park (North East corner).
