Welcome to QiBelly Tai Chi & QiGong
Softness is meaningful when utilizing strength.
These classes offer a more personalized approach regardless of age or level, allowing each student to acclimate accordingly.
This class is about breath work and movement. QiGong for healing and strengthening, Tai Chi for balance and coordination, partner work for developed learning, and standing postures for circulation and stability.

On Sundays, at 9 am, the class is outside in High Park (North East corner).
